Dear Mr Millner
I am sorry to say, I cannot get my Barges alongside Thrupp Wharf within ten feet, and when the other barge lays alonside they are in a very dangerous position, when Steamers are coming through the bridge, and I am afraid I shall have a sunken Barge,
I have seen Mr Spencer on the matter, and he has promised to find a horse to draw the mud to the Broad Waters, will you kindly have the matter put in order,
Thanking you
