The Committee expresses its very grateful thanks to:

• Neil Stafford and all at the Buckingham Fire Station for their open day car washing session that raised £385 for our funds. That was truly a great effort;

• Jackie Collier for a super job of painting the new signs for our display stand in return for adverts in the Navigator.

You will find enclosed with your Navigator for the next 12 months a brochure from "River Canal Rescue" describing their Marine Breakdown and Assistance scheme. They have kindly agreed to pay the Society's postage costs of the Navigator for the year so if you are considering this type of assistance scheme please give them a try.
