Keeping BW on its Toes

A BW manager was recently rung up by a man who told him that the canal in Old Stratford was in a bad state and it was time he (BW) cleared it out.

(The gentleman is right of course but he obviously did not realise that the canal though Old Stratford had been abandoned for many years!).
