Floral Demonstration at Castlethorpe The monthly meeting of the Castlethorpe W.I. took place in the Carrington Hall on Wednesday, Mrs. J. E. Whiting presiding. An interesting demonstration was given by Mrs. A. Moore of Northampton, on the wiring of flowers. A competition for the best-arranged flowers in an egg-cup was won by Mrs. J. Bavington with Mrs. Cook second. Tea was served by Mrs. R. Mills and Miss Simpson and the social half-hour was given by Mrs. Cowley and Mrs. J. E. Whiting. |
