Visit to Silverstone Woods

Met 9.0 am. Market Square, Hanslope

Parents helped with the transport to the destination.

Walked the long Nature Trail through the woods, stopping half way for a game of Hide and seek. Returned to the car park for light refreshments. We then had a Wide Game called 'Attack the Line' where the Leaders and Fathers defended the line against The Pack. Using some suitable trees as goals we played football with Skip as the Referee. Rounders were also played using trees as the bases.

We returned home approximately 1.30 pm. Tired but happy after a wonderful outing.
