The Bucks Standard, January 9th 1926

Great Linford Sports entertained Castlethorpe in a friendly game on Saturday, the proceeds being given to the National Institute for the Blind, and that deserving institution will benefit to the extent of nearly £3. The Sports played well to win by 4 - 2 as Castlethorpe had some very good players assiting them. Billy Hobbs (2) T. Atkinson and F. Dunkley scored for the home team.
