This is the last Will and Testament of Me Elizabeth Church Now Residing at Castlethrupp In the County of Bucks I Give and devise All My Messuage or Tenements situate In the Town of Northampton In the County of Northampton With the Out Buildings stables and premises There to belonging And Also My Moiety Of The Several Peices or Parcells of Land In Caldecott Field In the Parish of Towcester In the County of Northampton aforesaid and all other My Messuages lands Tenements Hereditaments whatsoever In the County of Northampton aforesaid To My Nephew Joseph Kitelee of Castle Thrupp aforesaid Yeoman his Heirs and Assigns For Ever and I likewise give and bequeath to the said Joseph Kitelee All my Personal Estates of What Nature Soever and Wheresoever and I Constitute and Appoint The Said Joseph Kitelee Sole Executor of This My Will hereby revokeing all former Wills by me Heretofore Made and do ratify and declare this Writeing to be My last Will In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Church have hereunto Set My Hand and Seal this Fourteenth day of March In the year of our lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Nine

Signed Sealed Published and declared by the Testatrix Elizabeth Church as her last Will (the Word Will) In the second line and the words (My Nephew) In the Ninth line being first inserted) In the presence of us who have subscribed our Names as Wittnesses at her request In her presence And in the presence of Each other
