This is the Last Will and Testament of me Ann Churchill of Castlethorpe in the County of Buckingham Spinster being of sound mind memory and understanding First I will order and direct that all my just Debts funeral and testamentary Expenses shall be duly paid and satisfied and from and after payment thereof I give and bequeath unto my two Nephews William Mullis and Benjamin Mullis both of Budbrook in the county of Warwick the Legacy or sum of Ten pounds a piece to and for their own absolute use and benefit respectively to be paid to them respectively by my Executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease And as to all the rest and residue and remainder of my Monies Securities for money household Goods and Furniture personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of whatever nature kind or sort soever I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my two Nieces Mary Ann Mullis and Eliza Mullis both of Castlethorpe aforesaid share and share alike to and for their own use and benefit respectively And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint William Nichols of Castlethorpe aforesaid Gentleman sole Executor of this my Will And hereby revoking all former and other Wills and Testamentary Instruments by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this to be and contain my true last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Ann Churchill the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of January one thousand eight hundred and thirty five – Ann Churchill (SS) Signed sealed published and declared by the said Ann Churchill the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses – Rabechar Munday her mark x – Charles Rainbow

I direct my Executor to put up a plain Grave Stone in C Thorpe Church Yard Wittness Jos Kikell

Proved the 10th day of February 1837 before the Reverend Charles Kipling Clerk Surrogate by the Oath of William Nicholls the sole Executor to whom Administration was committed he being first sworn

You make Oath that this paper Writing contains the last Will and Testament of Ann Churchill late of Castlethorpe in the County of Bucks spinster deceased or as far as you know or believe that you are the Executor therein named and will and faithfully execute that trust by paying the debts of the deceased and the Legacies/ if any/ in the Will named so far as her Goods Chattles and Credits will thereto extend and the Law finds you that you will make a true and perfect Inventory of all the said Goods Chattles and Credits and exhibit the same into the proper Ecclesiastical Court and also render a true account of your Executorship when lawfully required that the contents of the Affidavit to which you have subscribed your name were and are one and that the personal Estate of the deceased is under the Value of One Hundred pounds
