This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Kitelee of Castlethrupp in the County of Bucks Lace Merchant I Resign my Soul to Almighty God in humble hopes of fforgiveness of all my Transgressions through the Mediation of my blessed Redemer I give and devise all that my dwelling house and premises in which I now live in Castlethorpe aforesaid and also all my Messuages Closes and premises in the parish of Hanslope in the said County of Bucks and also all those several pieces or parcels of arable Land and premises lying in the parish of Stoke Golding in the said County to my Sone Joseph Kitelee his Heirs and Assigns for ever and I value and estimate all the aforesaid premises at the sum of two hundred and seventy pounds and direct that the same may be taken at that value I give to my Son William Kitelee and to his Heirs and assigns forever all those several pieces or parcels of Arable Land lying in the parish of Whaddon in the said County of Bucks and value the same at Eighty Pounds and direct the same to be estimated at that value and my Will and meaning is and I do hereby give and bequeath all my personal Estate of whatnature soever or wheresoever to be equally divided between my Dear Wife Jane Kitelee and my two daughters Jane and Mary Kitelee and my two sons William and Joseph Kitelee share and share alike only I order and direct that my son Joseph deduct and or allow the sum of the sum of two hundred and seventy pounds out of his share of my personal estate and my son William the sum of Eighty pounds out of his share of my personal estate for the several devises of the Lands and Tenements I have respectively given them as aforesaid and I further Direct and Order that the further sum of three hundred pounds be deducted from my Son Joseph’s part of my personal Estate as I have already given him about that sum on his first Entering into Business and it is my Intention that my Wife and Children should all have an equal share of what I Dye possessed of so near as I can Judge and my will is that my son William will carry on all the Business at my decease I direct that my stock in Trade be valued and appraised by two indifferent persons One to be Chose by my Son William and the other by my Wife and my son Joseph and my two daughters and I direct and order that my son William have two years to pay my Wife my son Joseph and my two daughters their parts or shares of such parts of my personal Estate as shall be in his hands he paying Interest for the same to them respectively at the Rate of ffour Pounds percent from the time of my death and I Constitute and appoint my dear Wife my sons Joseph and William Executrix and Executors of this my will hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made and do ratify and Confirm this present writing contained in two sheets of paper as and for my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Kitelee have to the first sheet set my hand and to the second sheet my hand and seal this ffifteenth Day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ffifty Eight Thomas Kitelee Signed and Sealed published and declared by the testator Thomas Kitelee as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of Us who have Inscribed our Names as Witnesses at his request in his presence and in the presence of Each other Edw Bloxham James Cole Thos Hillyer

This Will was proved at London on the twenty second day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and sixty ffive Administration was granted to Jane Kitelee Widow Joseph Kitelee and William Kitelee the sons of the deceased
