In the Name of God Amen I John Nickolls of Castle Thropp in the County of Bucks Sheppard being of Sound mind but not perfect health make this my Last Will and Testament As ffolloweth Imp I give to my eldest Son Thomas Nicholls the house and premisses in where I now dwell to come to him after the death of my wife obligeing him hereby to pay Twenty pounds out of it within Twelve months after her decease to my two Youngest Children Richard and Elizabeth or the longer liver of them which is to be Equally divided Item I give to my Said Son Thomas Twenty Teggs Now in Thrupp field Item I give to my Second Son John Nickolls my house in which my brother William Now dwells together with Twenty other Teggs in Thrupp fields as aforesaid Item I constitute and appoint my deare and Loveing wife Anne Nickols my Sole Executrix of this my Last will and Testament and give and bequeath to her all the residue of my personall Estate to be for her owne use and benefit after my debts and funeral Charges are paid and discharged In Wittness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and seale this 15th day of January 1718 the marke of John Nickolls Sealed published and delivered in the presence of Shuck Sill John Johnson Matthew Adams
