the xxiij day of ffebruary 1623

At ye bequest of Bartholomew Perrott of Castell Thropp within Countie of Bucks weaver as ffolloweth Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Perrot my Sonne all my ffree lands att Castell Thropp and hanslape to him and to his heirs for ever as for the want of such heirs Item I doe give ye [said] land unto Bartholomew Rawlins my sisters sonne and his heirs for ever Item my will is that John Rawlins my father in law shall hand ye tuition and be guardian for my sonne during his minoratie and doe give him full power and authoritie to set let and dispose or any parte of my goods leases and Chatte[..] whatsoever which I am now possessed of either by ye gift and last will of my father in law Richard Church deceased or otherwise he paying my debts and legacies and tendring to my sonne Thomas ye surplus of ye goods soe solde marke Travell and Thomas Nicholes being witnesses with others
