Charles Tooth 1807

In the Name of God Amen I Charles Tooth of the Parish of Castlethorpe in the County of Buckingham Farmer being of perfect mind and memory make this my last Will and Testament First I Will and order all my just Debts and Funeral Expences be discharged out of my Estate All my remaining Effects consisting of Cows, Sheep, Hogs and all other Cattle, Also the Dead Stock of Husbandry Dairy Utensils, Household Furniture and all other Goods whatsoever or wheresoever which belong to me at the time of my decease I Give Devise and Bequeath to Mr. Joseph Kitelee of Castlethorpe in the said County of Buckingham In Trust to dispose of all the aforesaid Stock and Goods in the best manner that he shall be able within one Month after my decease for the benefit of my four Children namely William Tooth, John Tooth, Mary Rainbow and Ann Rainbow to be divided equally amongst my said Children share and share alike If either of my said Sons should die before my decease their share to go to their respective Wifes and if either of my said Daughters should die before my decease their share to go to their respective Husbands Also I constitute and appoint the aforesaid Mr. Joseph Kitelee whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, and I do hereby utterly revoke disallow and disannul all former bequests Wills and Legacies by me heretofore in any will left or made, declaring, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this First day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and six Charles Tooth Signed sealed published and declared by the within named testator Charles Tooth to be his last Will and Testament in presence of us who subscribed our names in presence of the said Testator and of each other William Singleton Thomas Holloway

Proved the 29th day of May 1807 before the reverend Samuel Strutt Clerk Surrogate by the oath of Joseph Kitelee the sole Executor to whom Administration was committed he being first sworn to administer
