In the Name of God Amen the 14th day of May 1709 According to the Computation of the Church of England William Wralling of Castle Throp in the County of Bucks Carpenter being of perfect memory and Remembrance praised be God doe make and ordayne this my Last Will and Testament in manner and forme following Imprims first I bequeath my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Maker hopeing that through the Merritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my only Saviour and Redeemer to receive full pardon and forgiveness of all my Sins and as for my body to be buryed in Christian Buriall at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter Nominated Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Susannah Wrallings that part of my Dwelling house that I now live in as also that parcell of Arrable Land lyeing in the Mill furlong lyeing by Estimation one Acre in Throp field for and dureing the Terme of her Naturall Life and after here decease I give and bequeath the above Named Acre of Arrable Land in the Mill furlong to my Grandaughter Sarah Gadsdon forever When She Shall Arrive to the age of one and Twenty and in Case She Should dye before She come to the age of one and Twenty then to my Son and daughter William and Elizabeth Gadsden and to their heirs for ever further my Will and Intent is that the part of my house which I now live in I give to my Son and daughter William and Elizabeth Gadsden after my Wifes decease to them and to their heirs for ever Item I give to my Wife Susannah Wralling all my household goods and personall Estate whatsoever in Condition that she shall pay all my debts and funeral Expences Whom I make Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament revoakeing all other Wills and Testaments In wittness whereunto I have Set my hand and Seale the day and yeare first above written William Wralling his marke Signed Sealed published and Declared by the Said William Wrallings for and as his Last Will and Testament of us Richard Ellis Thomas Ellis Edmund Robert his marke
