Hi,
Did you attend Hanslope primary? I do remember the Name Webb, I also remember the name Herbert. This from '46 till '51 whilst a pupil under Mr Snaith HM. My memory says Freda Herbet, a small, quiet girl. Webb I cannot recall his forename, may not have been in the same class as me.

I remember Oliver and Charles, but don't remember which I went to school with. Others were, David Taylor, George Tomkins, Fred Butby, Eilene King, Micheal Webster, Authur & Winefred Greeves, David Tricker, John Wesley and Joyce Drinkwater. Jog any memories?
BTW. :o , we regularly visit the IOW., what part does he live in?

I also recall, a Hillary Herbett, who may be an older sister to freda? I also remember the Stokes's family Irene was the youngest, then Frances and the oldest was Heather. Irene was in my class at school. Abe King is mentioned a few times on the main site, they lived next door to us at Halfway Houses, their son was Albert King and his young sister was Eileene King. As well as Bellums, Wesleys also ran a coaching service, they had a son of my age, David. Stocking Green Farm was in my day owned by the Tompkins Family Their son George was also in my class at Hanslope Primary. This family is still a prominent feature at Hanslope, as Tomkins Butchers. Tebbuts of Halfway Houses, occupied what was an old school on Holliday Lane, Tom Tebbut was my Uncle, his wife Clarice my auntie with three children, Pearle oldest, Keith then Trevor. Alf Simons lived in the adjoining cottage to us and a Mrs Adams? lived in the cottage at the back, until Dad sold the house to the Baker Family, where they lived untill the late nineteen nineties when they passed on.
