 Post subject: Herringbone wall around churchyard boundary

I seem to remember that there is a herringbone wall, possibly of some great antiquity (early Norman or even Saxon) around the perimeter of the church. Does anyone know if any work has been done to document this please? I think such walls are quite rare now.
