In the Name of God Amen: I ffrancis Kightley of little Linford in the County of Bucks yeoman being weake and Infirme in Body but of a sound minde and memory (praised be God therefore) doe therefore hereby make and Ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and fforme following (That is to say) ffirst and principally I recommend my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my heavenly ffather hopeing to be saved and received into his Eternal Rest through the meritorious Death passion Resurrection and Ascenssion of Jesus Christ my Ever blessed Saviour and Redeemer And my Body I Commit to the Earth to be decently Interred at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named And as for my worldly Estate which it hath pleased Almighty God in his mercy to lend me I dispose of the same as ffolloweth Item I doe hereby give and bequeath unto my sonn ffrancis the sume of Tenn pounds to be paid him by my Executor herein named within six months next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my sonn John Kightley the sume of Tenn pounds to be paid him likewise by my Executor herein named within six Months after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my sonn Joseph Kightly the sume of Tenn pounds to be paid him likewise within six months next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the sume of fforty shillings to be paid her likewise by my Executor herein named within six months next after my decease Item all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Cattle Stock Chattels and personall Estate whatsoever I doe hereby give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved sonn Joseph Kightley whom I doe hereby Constitute and Appoint sole executor of this my last Will and Testament for the better Enableing him to pay and discharge all my debts and legacies herein before by me devised According to the true Intent and meaning of this my Will And I doe hereby Utterly Revoake and Renounce all former Wills and Codicells by me anywayes heretofore made or declared In Wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the Tenth day of September in the ffirst yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord and Lady William and Mary by the Grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland King and Queen defenders of the ffaith etc and in the year of our Lord one Thousand six hundred and Eighty Nyne the marke of the above said ffrancis Kightley Signed sealed published and declared by the said ffrancis Kightley for and as his last Will and Testament in the presence of Mary Stride Thomas Mellor the marke of Mary Howe
