In a 1910 Inland Revenue survey, to block is recorded as composed of 4 cottages.

Around the early 1980s Brian Branson converted the three southern-most cottages into one dwelling, which he subsequently occupied for many years.  Later his mother lived there.

The first buildings are farm buildings of what was Park Farm, now 28 Park Road.  The next building is 24 Park Road, the subject of this page.

A close-up from the above photograph.  The building up to the change of roof line originally provided for four households.  Number 24 was the first of these, nearest the camera.

Most of the building up to the change of roof line is now occupied by one household.  The last bay is thought to be part of the next house.
