Select Images

View some of the many photographs the Hanslope & District Historical Society has collected

The Society has been given many photographs and has collected many more from available archives.  These are now being indexed and made available here.

There are three ways of searching for images:

• select a predefined set or collection, or
  
  
• select a type of image, or
  
  
• make a keyword search

In each case a list of images selected, or thumbnails (small images) can be displayed, from which one can be selected to view.  Alternatively, images selected can be viewed one-at-a-time.

For the better quality images, a zoom facility is available (click on the buttons at top left of each image - see example below).

An initial batch of 211 photographs have been prepared for web display and indexed.  There are many more to come.
