Digby's Walk runs round the west side of Gayhurst House. It now leads to a tunnel under the Newport Pagnell - Northampton road. The tunnel was constructed in the middle of the 19th century, and therefore postdates the Gunpowder Plot by about two hundred and fifty years. The drawing shows the western portal to the tunnel.
