In December 2000 the project group held an Open Day to show people how we felt the Wall Hanging would be developed and what would be involved in working on it.

We developed a kit for each of the 115 houses we had photographed. As an aid for the stitchers we took a 'full frontal' photo of the house as opposed to an artistic view.
