Dropwell Field containing Eight Acres One Rood and eighteen perches as the same is now admeasured stated and set out exclusive of the private carriage Road hereby directed to pass over the same Bounded on the East by the Olney Road on the south and west by the second Allotment hereinbefore awarded to the said Samuel Greatheed in lieu of freehold Lands and Common rights and on the North by inclosed Lands in the said Parish of Emberton The Hedges Ditches Mounds and Fences of which said last described Allotment on the whole of the East and North sides thereof shall be made on and forever thereafter maintained and kept in repair by and at the expense of the said Jane Sutcliffe and the owner or owners of this Allotment for the time being

And the said Commissioners do hereby divide set out and allot Unto and for William Field in lieu of and for all his Lands Grounds rights of Common and other Rights and Interests in over and upon the Lands and Grounds thereto belonging by the said Act directed to be divided and inclosed One Plott piece or parcel of Land or Ground situate in Dropwell Field containing Four Acres one Rood and twenty five perches as the same is now admeasured stated and set out Bounded on the East by the said Olney Road on the South and West by the second Allotment hereinbefore awarded to the said Charles Chester for Lands and Common Rights and on the North by the second Allotment hereinbefore awarded to the said Samuel Greatheed in lieu of Freehold Lands and Common Rights The Hedges Ditches Mounds and Fences of which said last described Allotment on the whole of the East and North sides thereof shall be made on and forever thereafter maintained and kept in repair by and at the expense of the said William Field and the owner or owners of this Allotment for the time being

And the said Commissioners do hereby divide set out and allot Unto and for the said William Davison in lieu of all his Lands and Grounds Rights of Common and other Rights and Interests in over and upon the said Lands and Grounds thereto belonging by the said Act directed to be divided and inclosed One Plott piece or parcel of Land or Ground situate in Hazle Mead containing One Acre three Roods and sixteen perches as the same is now admeasured stated and set out exclusive of the footway hereby directed to pass over the same Bounded on the East by the said Olney Road on the South by an Allotment herinafter awarded to the said Thomas Meacher on the West by the first Allotment to the said Samuel Greatheed and Ann his wife for Lands and Common Rights and on the North by the third Allotment hereinafter awarded to the said Samuel Boddington The Hedges Ditches Mounds and Fences of which said last described Allotment on the whole of the East and North sides thereof shall be made on and forever thereafter maintained and kept in repair by and at the expense of the said William Davison and the owner or owners of this Allotment for the time being

And the said Commissioners do hereby divide set out and allot Unto and for the said Thomas Meacher in lieu of all his Lands Grounds Rights of Common and other Rights and Interests in over and upon the said Lands and Grounds thereto belonging by the said Act directed to be divided and inclosed One Plott piece or parcel of Land or Ground situate in Hazle Mead containing Two Acres and four perches as the same is now admeasured stated and set out exclusive of the Footway hereby directed to pass over the same Bounded on the East by the said Olney Road on the South and West by the first Allotment herinbefore awarded to the said Samuel Greatheed and Ann his wife for Lands and Common Rights and on the North by an Allotment hereinbefore awarded to the said William Davison The Hedges Ditches Mounds and Fences of which said last described Allotment on the whole of the East and North sides thereof shall be made on and forever thereafter maintained and kept in repair by and at the expense of the said Thomas Meacher and the owner or owners of this Allotment for the time being

And the said Commissioners do hereby divide set out and allot Unto and for the said John Woodward in lieu of and for all his Rights of Common and other rights and interests thereto belonging in over and upon the said Lands and Grounds by the said Act directed to be divided and inclosed One Plott piece or parcel of Land or Ground situate in Clott Slade containing three Roods and twenty eight perches as the same is now admeasured stated and set out exclusive of the Public Bridle and Foot and Private Carriage Road hereby directed to pass over the same Bounded on the East by the Homestead and Old Inclosures belonging to the said John Woodward on the South and West by an Allotment herinbefore awarded to the said Thomas Battams in lieu of Tythes and on the North by an Allotment hereinbefore awarded to the said George Pitt Hurst for Lands and Common Rights The Hedges Ditches Mounds and Fences of which said last described Allotment on the whole of the South side thereof shall be made on and forever thereafter maintained and kept in repair by and at the expense of the said Thomas Meacher and the owner or owners of this Allotment for the time being

And the said Commissioners do hereby divide set out and allot Unto and for the said Marianne Hosea and Charlotte Hosea in lieu of all their Lands Grounds Rights of Common and other Rights and Interests thereto belonging in over and upon the said Lands and Grounds by the said Act directed to be divided and inclosed Also in lieu of all that piece of all inclosed Land called the Garden containing Seventeen Perches which the said Marianne and Charlotte Hosea testified by their being a Party to and exercising these presents both hereby consent to give up to be allotted in exchange to the said Mercers the two several other Plotts pieces or
