Locals v Lodgers Contest

These photos show some of the contestants from the first 'Locals versus Lodgers' Contest. The board (held by Philip Smith)shows that on this occasion the Locals (i.e. those born in Sherington) beat those who had moved into the village quite convincingly. The precise date is unknown - thought to be circa 1980.
