The list of Christenings was transcribed by volunteers from the original Towcester records held at the Northamptonshire Record Office. The list may not be totally accurate as the writing was varied and the condition of some of the documents made deciphering them quite difficult.

The information had been recorded on a data base by Margaret Webb.
