ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
to be held at 7.30pm at the City Discovery Centre 18th April 2008.

All welcome - no donation requested.

1. Welcome  and Opening Remarks by the Chairman Mrs. Jane Backhouse who will chair the AGM.

2. Apologies for Absence.

3. Minutes from last Annual General Meeting held in April 2007.

4. Matters Arising.

5. Chairman’s Report: Questions and Comments.

6. Treasurer’s Report: Questions and Comments.

7. The current Chair and Committee will all step down in order for a new Chair and Committee to be elected. Nominations can be taken from the floor provided those nominated are in agreement. Voting will take the form of a show of hands with two members to act as tellers.

7a. Election of Chair.

7b. Election of other Committee Members.

All officers' positions will be decided on at the first new committee meeting.

8. Any Other Business.

9. Close of AGM.
