The Deanshanger Village Heritage Society has been formed for anyone who is interested in caring for the past, present and future of the village.

The Society seeks to

• Provide an historic educational resource
• Create an archive of historic buildings
• Record a library of memories from the past
• Plan towards a public display of village history
• Promote improvements and interest in the heritage of the village
• Arrange open meetings
• Monitor development proposals
• Organise projects around the village
