As with most ancient Churches, there are several charities connected with the church.

• The oldest, the Midsummer Home or Unknown Donor, dates from 1694, and yields the princely sum of £3.60 per year.
• A board in the North Aisle records details of Fuller's Charity.
• In addition there is an Education Charity, founded in 1863 by Alfred Umney (window in South Aisle), whose family once owned the Manor, and the Mary Banks Charity founded in 1930 for poor relief.

Under the Charities Acts of 1992 and 1993 they have been amalgamated or modernised to make for more efficient administration of their rather small incomes. This was completed in October 1994.
