Village Hall

Sherington Village Hall was built in 1927 and this has been a popular centre of village activity ever since. It has undergone several major extensions since then and is now a first class venue for all types of activities, both within the village and for outside users.

The Village Hall has been the focal point for many of the indoor activities, just as The Knoll and the village pump has been for the outside ones.

One of its most recent events that it held was the Village Millennium celebrations to see in the year 2000. This was quite a grand affair with the crowning glory being the mock up Trafalgar Square in the car park.
